I always do the estimated cost of my items before I get to the cashier. I brought the signs to Customer Service. She told me it was an old sign so she gave me back to difference. Also, since it was their mistake, they gave me one carton free. For 2 cartons, I was charged a total of $1.99 (the wrong sale price), but I had used 2 $1 off coupons, making the 2nd one free as well! Not all Shop-Rite gives you one item for free if they marked it wrong, but the one I frequent does. They are all standalone supermarkets so they all have different rules.

So, in theory, I really only spent $4.72 total!I'll say this was a successful shopping trip. :)
